ATHENA OTTOMAN Pietro Franceschini
Ø 79 x H43/63 cm
Athena was the Olympian god of wisdom and good counsel, war, courage and handicraft. In Greek Mythology Olympus was the home of the twelve principle gods, the Olympians, who dwelt in fabulous palaces of marble and gold behind a gate of clouds kept by the Seasons. Designer Pietro Franceschini drew from the majestic home of the gods to visualise the Athena ottoman.
